The Strategy

Vacation travelers don’t pick an adventure tour the way they pick a gas station. The decision happens in layers. A search at 11pm while planning the trip. A saved Instagram post two weeks before departure. A return visit to the website the morning of. Most tour operators only show up for one of those moments and hope for the best.

Meta advertising reached them earlier, while the itinerary was still soft and suggestible. Meta Advertising: $42,391.66 in Tracked Tour Revenue

Nobody books a kayak tour the moment they first see an ad. Meta’s job was to keep Eco Endeavors visible and compelling during the comparison phase: the scrolls, the saves, the “add this to the trip” moments that happen days or weeks before anyone actually books.

Campaigns ran across Marco Island and a 25-mile radius, combining conversion advertising with engagement activity. Audiences layered interest-based segments with lookalike audiences built from customer, follower, email, purchase, and engagement data.
