Geaux Bold earns recognition for both its integrated campaign and its travel and tourism creative
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NEW ORLEANS, LA — October 23, 2026 — Louisiana’s Cajun Bayou: Geaux Bold has earned Gold in Integrated Campaign – Travel & Tourism and Silver in General – Travel & Tourism at the 22nd Annual Davey Awards.
Created by The Von Mack Agency in partnership with Louisiana’s Cajun Bayou Tourism, the campaign continues to add to its industry honors in 2026, which also include a Telly Award for its branded video.
The Davey Awards recognize creative work by smaller groups of creative houses, in-house teams, and independent creators. Winners are selected by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts. The Gold recognizes Geaux Bold as an integrated campaign, leaning into an idea built to work across film, print, social media, signage, merchandise, and other points where travelers encounter the destination. The Silver recognizes the campaign’s creative work in travel and tourism.
For Von Mack, the new honors reflect the work behind making a destination feel like itself everywhere it shows up.
The campaign grew from a longstanding partnership between Von Mack and Louisiana’s Cajun Bayou Tourism. Ian Wallis, Sales & Marketing Manager for the tourism organization, is credited alongside Von Mack’s creative and account team on the Davey-winning work.
